Set just outside the village centre in the picturesque village of Burley, Highcroft Cottage is a traditional Burley cottage, that sleeps up to eight guests. 

Equipped with all the necessities, staying in Highcroft Cottage aims to be a home from home environment. Perfect for large families and gathering friends, who want to enjoy the the beauty of the surrounding New Forest. Walks and cycle trails lead straight into the forest from the front door, the south coast only a short twenty minute drive and an abundance of activities to enjoy in the local area. 

On the ground floor Highcroft Cottage has a cosy lounge with wood burning fire, a separate dining room, kitchen and utility room and downstairs toilet, plus a ground floor bedroom with a single bed and en-suite shower room, that has been especially adapted to cater for disabled guests. 

 The upstairs accommodation is made up of a master double bedroom, a twin room with two single beds, a second twin/triple room with a small double bed and a single bed and a family bathroom. 

Short stays available out of season. Full week stays applicable for spring and summer season.

Full of character, comfortable and well equipped, our New Forest Cottage Holidays accommodation is perfectly located within walking distance of Burley village centre. Oakapple and Foxglove cottages are just a 2-3 minute walk from each other. Ideal for couples, three generation families, friends and larger groups.

Oakapple Cottage, adjacent to Honeysuckle and end of terrace, built in the 1920's it was formerly the home and workplace of the village shoe repairer. The spacious accommodation is very open plan and has a contemporary, country style. The accommodation is spread over three floors and comprises;

Foxglove Cottage is an end of terrace cottage and was built in the early 1920s. In 2011 the cottage underwent extensive renovation and extension work and reopened in December 2011. In a great location just a 3 minute walk to the village centre it caters perfectly for families and friends who want a base within the New Forest National Park with all it's amenities and yet is only a short drive to the wonderful south coast sandy beaches.

Picturesque Inn having 10 en-suite bedrooms with cosy log fires, traditional features and a patio decking area which overlooks the lovely village of Burley.

In our bar and dining room, food is served all day from noon until 9.00pm, with a menu ranging from light snacks to 3 course meals - anything from freshly cut sandwiches, hot snacks and ploughman's to freshly baked pies, grills and vegetarian dishes. There is also a Daily Specials Board, and popular roast lunches are available on Sundays. We are open for morning coffees from 9am daily.

Tothill House is set in 12 acres of outstanding natural beauty, with its own private woodland which you are welcome to explore. All the rooms at this tranquil location have stunning views out to the New Forest, over open heath land and then the Purbeck hills - on a clear day you can see Old Harry's Rock and the solent on the horizon.

On the Southern fringes of the New Forest, Tothill house offers traditional Bed and Breakfast in a unique setting, Tothill House was originally built for Vice-Admiral Michael Culme-Seymour, Fourth Baronet and the rooms today still hold the majestic character and mood from the early 20th century, with the modern luxuries and furnishings of today.

The New Forest is nearby, great for all kinds of activity breaks, including walking, horse riding and pony trekking with plenty of routes for cycling holidays. Or if you fancy water sports, take a canoe out onto the nearby Beaulieu River. A ten-minute walk from us brings you to the thatched cottages, tea rooms and cider farm of Burley. As you stroll around, passing the New Forest Ponies and cattle that freely roam, you’ll notice that magic is a recurrent theme in the local gift shops. That's because of Sybil Leek, a white witch who lived here in the 1950s with her pet jackdaw Mr Hotfoot Jackson!
