Full waiter service or buffet? Open seating or the same table each dinner time? When it comes to dining on Saga Pearl II, it’s all about choice – your choice – and there are two main restaurants offering different dining experiences. Best of all, all meals are always included in the price, with no added supplements or charges.
The main Dining Room is an elegant venue that offers waiter service at every mealtime, from a varied chef-prepared menu.
Occupying the full width of the ship, it has large ocean-view windows and is expertly furnished with wood panelling and contemporary décor that continues the ship’s nautical theme.
For a more informal dining experience, head for the Verandah overlooking the stern of Boat Deck, where you can dine both inside or out. Enjoy a choice of buffet meals and waiter-served dinners, plus special barbecues and al fresco dining when the weather’s fine.
Here you can also help yourself to a wide selection of teas and freshly-ground coffees, 24 hours a day.
Occasionally, guests are invited to dine with the Captain or senior officers in the Chart and Ward Rooms – intimate dining areas seating just 14 guests and serving a special fish menu.
