Cabins
We have invested a lot of passion in the furnishings and amenities you will find in nickoVISION’s 14 m² outside cabins. Windows on the main deck cannot be opened, but on the middle and upper deck, openable French balconies ensure you get the best views. All double beds can be separated into two singles and for storage we provide a spacious wardrobe as well as convenient shelves in every bathroom. Amenities include individually adjustable air conditioning, radio, telephone, satellite TV, shower/WC, hairdryer, fridge and a safe.
NOTE: nickoVISION has a lift running between the main and upper deck, while a stair lift is available between the upper deck and the sun deck.

A fine selection of meals is an essential part of life on board of all nicko river cruises. The day starts with a substantial buffet-style breakfast whilst lunch and dinner consist of a wide selection of courses. Dinner is served at your table, allowing us to really pamper you. On one or two occasions per week, we vary the seated dinner with large theme buffets. We place great value on a healthy mix of international dishes an specialities local to the area we are passing through.
In the Panorama Restaurants on board all meals are served at one sitting. You can reserve your seat in the Restaurant as soon as you embark and that seat remains yours for the duration of your cruise. We recommend smart casual dresses, particularly at dinner. For the Gala Dinner we do appreciate a greater degree of formality.
Panoramic Pleasure
We will serve you delicacies from the region and around the world with flexible mealtimes in the main restaurant. The multi-course menus will be lovingly prepared and brought to your table. By the way, these are available every day and at any mealtime. The light walls and large windows make this area of enjoyment one of the most light-flooded places on the entire ship. The most beautiful river panorama is always included.
Mario's Grill Restaurant
“This is going to be favourite place!“ Company owner Mário Ferreira decided on this in the initial planning phase. Without a doubt, the restaurant in the stern of the ship provides a casual and relaxed atmosphere that has never existed on a river ship before. The light wood colours, the sleek design – you will enjoy spending time here with the best views: The large glass front can be opened up completely and the rear terrace can also be used. Inside, the crackling noise coming from the open grill generates anticipation of something delicious.
The Manhattan Restaurant
Our speciality restaurant provides different theme nights with exquisite meals and a fitting selection of wines in a private atmosphere. The small bar beckons for an Aperitif. The themed buffets and the sophisticated decoration have been lovingly worked out for you down to the last detail. Simply reserve your table at reception and experience an unforgettable evening. At no additional charge, of course.
Panorama Salon
The light and open room design has also been implemented in these areas of our new ship. You always have a stellar view – be it the river landscape or the ship’s interior. There are also quiet corners and comfortable furniture, giving you the opportunity to retreat on your own, with someone else or in a small group.
VISIONbar
During your holiday you can finish off the day in style with great drinks in the VISIONbar in the bow of the ship. Or sit outside on the surrounding veranda and enjoy the light breeze.
Sun Deck
Here you can experience the real river cinema and the feeling of slow movement. Enjoy it! Be it from your lounger, walking along the deck or cooling off in the small pool on sun-kissed days. We can promise you now – you will experience the finest moments of a river cruise here. The view of the water relaxes the eyes and the mind, and the landscape will astound you time and time again.
Spa & Gym
You will find a sauna, steam bath, and a small fitness area in the wellness area. At the end of the day or simply on the odd occasion, check out the new impressions and simply relax. Is movement your form of relaxation? If so, our small gym with its cardio equipment is the right place for you.
Accommodation for a child is possible in a 3-bed-cabin (where available). Children up to and including 11 years of age are priced differently, please call our reservations team for a quote. Children must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old and must be sharing the same cabin. Our river cruises are not generally suitable for children. There are no separate child-friendly entertainment programmes, childcare, toys, child seats or cribs offered for children on board. Children under 3 years of age are not allowed on board.

We offer a variety of included tours on all our European river cruises, whether you join is entirely up to you. As well as our standard included selections, we also offer a collection of premium shore excursions which can be booked onboard for an additional charge.
