We know that today’s man wants to look fresh for a night out, too. That’s why we created The Barber at The Spa. Kelly Hoppen, CBE used warm tones and rich natural materials to create a perfectly inviting space for a traditional hot shave and trim before you hit the Martini Bar, The Club, or wherever the night takes you.The Barber is available on Edge series ships and barber services are available fleetwide.

Teens can hang out at the Teen Club, a space designed exclusively for young adults, where they can socialise with other cruisers in their same age group. Teen-focused activities and events at the Teen Club include sports competitions, silent disco parties, and video game tournaments.

Ages 13-17

Older kids are known as Captains in our Camp at Sea program, and they enjoy more freedom while on board. You can spot Captain cruisers on scavenger hunts, STEM, and competing in various sports and gaming tournaments.

Ages 10-12

Adventure awaits on board for our Cadets, who can enrol in a one-of-a-kind nautical program, where they’ll learn the basics of sailing including navigation, time, weather patterns, and more. Cadets can also participate in activities spread throughout various venues, including Lawn Club games, campouts, and movie nights.

Ages 6-9

Young cruisers that are fully potty trained can enrol as Shipmates at our Camp at Sea program, where they’ll work on their art skills at the Creation Station, learn new camp songs, and interact with other kids under the supervision of our experienced youth staff.

Ages 3-5

Budding artists will love the Creation Station, a program that uses materials and tools for junior cruisers to express themselves through painting, collaging, and more. During our unique art activities, kids will create precious souvenirs and a number of masterpieces they will cherish long after their cruise has ended.

For more active kids, there’s a wide range of games and challenges onboard to sharpen their skills and teach them the importance of teamwork. From modern twists on popular camp games to our Challenge Series that engages mind, body, and silliness—there’s something for everyone.

We do not require guests with disabilities to travel with another person as a condition for traveling on our ships. However, our personnel are not required to perform personal tasks (e.g. assisting with eating, dressing, toileting or lifting) ,guests requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs when making a booking. If there is a question about the guest’s fitness to travel without personal assistance, this must be discussed with our Access Department.

Guests with disabilities are not required to travel with another person as a condition to traveling on our ships. However, all guests must consider that crew members are not required to assist guests with personal tasks or personal hygiene needs (e.g. assisting with eating, dressing, toileting). Therefore, guests requiring assistance with these functions should consider these needs when planning a cruise vacation. If there is a question as to a prospective guest’s ability to independently provide for their personal needs or hygiene without being a danger to themselves or others, and the guest plans to travel alone, this situation must be discussed with the company’s Access Department prior to booking a cruise vacation. This will allow an individualised assessment of the guest’s fitness to travel for the duration of the cruise without personal assistance. Guests attempting to board or found onboard without the ability to independently care for their personal needs will be evaluated to determine if they are fit to safely travel without assistance. Guests who are found unfit to travel may be denied boarding or removed from the ship at the next port of call, without entitlement to compensation or a refund.

We provide boarding and departure assistance with wheelchairs to guests with mobility disabilities. We also provide assistance to guests who are blind. Request assistance once you arrive at the pier or contact us prior to your cruise so we may prioritise your assistance. During peak times, there may be a wait for assistance. Our crew members are not permitted to lift our guests.

Guests with mobility disabilities are offered quicker processing at the pier. If boarding has not begun, we will offer priority boarding.

If requested in advance, we can arrange for accessible transportation to transfer guests between the airport and the pier. This service is offered at no extra charge to guests who have purchased transfers. Please note that accessible transportation may be limited or not available outside the United States.

We provide tactile interpreters on cruises to/from United States and Canada only, however support service provider (SSP) services are not provided. Please notify us at least 60 days prior to sailing. Do you provide CART? Yes, we provide real-time captioning (CART) services on cruises to/from the U.S. and Canada only. Please notify us at least 60 days prior to sailing.

We do not provide braille formatted material. However we provide qualified readers on board our ships for guests who are blind or have low vision.

Select crewmembers have been trained as qualified readers to read written material such as the daily Cruise Today and shore excursions information. Waiters will also read dining menus upon request. Please request a qualified reader at Guest Relations upon boarding.

Most dietary requirements can be accommodated in our main dining room. If you have complex food allergies please contact our Access team at 1-866-7225.

We do offer pre-packaged frozen prepared Kosher meals. Make sure to request these meals 45 days prior to sailing if your ship is sailing out of the continental US, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii and 90 days prior to sailing if your ship is sailing out of South America, Europe, Australia or Asia.

Infants must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise/Cruisetour. On some cruises/Cruisetours, infants must be 12 months old.

DURING THE DAY

SHORESIDE - For warmer climates, pack swimsuits and cover-ups, walking shorts and shirts that protect from the sun, lightweight slacks, skirts or sundress, and a light sweater or jacket. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are always encouraged.

For cooler climates, bring clothing with long sleeves, sweaters, and pants that can be layered. In areas prone to snow or rain, waterproof jackets, hats, gloves, and umbrellas are recommended.

Around the globe, consider appropriate shoes and gear for the excursions you have planned and the terrain you’ll encounter. For instance, you may pack water shoes if hiking a waterfall or a headscarf or conservative dress for visiting museums, mosques, temples, and churches.

SHIPBOARD - Throughout the ship, casual resort wear, sundresses, shorts, polos, or button-downs are appropriate, paired with sandals, low heels, and loafers. Make sure you bring active wear and sneakers if you plan to hit the gym!

Poolside, bathing suits with coverups, T-shirts, tanks, hats, and sunglasses are welcomed.

In main and specialty dining, we ask guests to refrain from wearing swimsuits, see-through coverups or robes, bare feet, tank tops, T-shirts, and baseball caps.

AT NIGHT

SMART CASUAL - Smart Casual attire is required for entry to main dining, specialty dining, and the Celebrity Theatre. Smart Casual means you look comfortable yet tasteful in a dress, skirt, long pants, or jean, and stylish top or button-down. Shorts and flip flops are not considered Smart Casual.

EVENING CHIC - Each itinerary features one to two “formal” nights we call Evening Chic. Evening Chic means you dress to impress, glamorous and sophisticated in your own way, with a cocktail dress, skirt, slacks, or designer jean, an elegant dress top or blazer—some guests even pack a tuxedo or gown for onboard photos. The Daily program, delivered to your stateroom and available at the Guest Relations Desk, will be your guide to the correct attire each evening. If you do not wish to participate in Evening Chic, Smart Casual attire is acceptable for dining and theatre.

CARRY-ON LUGGAGE

Keep anything you might need for boarding day handy or stash it in your carry-on. That includes travel documents, medications, toiletries, and maybe a swimsuit and change of clothes. Your checked baggage should be delivered to your stateroom within a few hours of setting sail if tagged properly.

What Not to Pack (Prohibited Items)

Weapons, illegal drugs & Substances (including marijuana, cannabis, extracts of THC and/or CBD), and other items that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of our guests and crew are prohibited. The United States Transportation Security Administration also recommends that you do not pack fragile or expensive items (such as jewellery) in checked luggage.

The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to bring onboard. These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.

*Personal grooming items such as safety razors are allowed. Scissors with blade length less than 4 inches are allowed.

**Aerial Drones: guests are welcome to bring drones on their cruise for use on land only and outside of the port area. Drones are not to be operated onboard the ship at any time. Different countries may have different rules. Guests assume full responsibility for understanding all local authority rules related to drone usage and for obtaining ay required permissions for drone operations. Any liability, including environmental damage from drone usage is the guest’s responsibility. Celebrity Cruises® assumes no liability for guests drones that may be confiscated by local authorities for violating local laws or for any accident or injury resulting from a guest drone flight. While onboard, drones must be stored safely in the stateroom. Drones used on the ship will be confiscated till the end of the cruise. A Guest Conduct Policy warning will be issued and guests may be subject to disembarkation at their own expense for onboard drone usage.

***Items that generate heat or produce an open flame are strictly prohibited. This includes heating pads, clothing irons, hotplates, candles, incense and any other item that may create a fire hazard. NOTE: The only exception to this policy are curling irons, hair straighteners and personal fans that are ""certified"" low wattage. Please note that our staterooms are equipped with dual voltage 110/220 AC outlets, and it's essential to ensure that your personal appliances are compatible with these voltage ranges to avoid any damage or safety issues. Matches and normal lighteners are allowed onboard. However ""torch lighters"" and novelty lighters that look like guns are not allowed onboard. Torch lighters emit a powerful concentrated flame, and therefore are prohibited.

****Alcoholic beverages that are purchased in ports-of-call or from shops onboard will be stored by the ship and delivered to you on the last day of the sailing. Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be returned.

Basic Wi-Fi Package - With our Basic Wi-F you can browse the web, send emails, and text family and friends via select messaging apps. It’s a great value option for staying connected while you’re on vacation, but please note that features such as emailing large files, sharing photos or videos on social media, using streaming apps, or making video calls are only available with our Premium Wi-Fi. Basic Wi-Fi is only available for pre-cruise purchase or with All Included.

Premium Wi-Fi Package - Premium Wi-Fi puts internet streaming at your fingertips throughout your vacation. Message or video chat with your friends and family, browse the web, send emails even with larger files attached, and post on social media to your heart’s content. Plus, you can enjoy videos, movies, binge-worthy shows, and music on your favourite streaming apps.  Plus, stream from your personal device to your in-stateroom TV*.

Cruise guests can use their cell phones to make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, access email and surf the web. We use Wireless Maritime Service to offer advanced roaming onboard all Celebrity Cruises ships. Roaming will begin once the ship is in international waters and guests will see "cellularatsea", "NOR18" or "901-18" on their mobile display. Guests will be billed at rates similar to international roaming which will be billed to their monthly bill by thier home network.

Lighting - We’re replacing higher wattage halogen and incandescent light bulbs with longer lasting fluorescent and Light Emitting Diode (LED) lights throughout our fleet. Fluorescent and LED bulbs require 80% less energy, generate 50% less heat, reduce energy consumption, last much longer and contribute to more efficient air conditioning due to the cooler bulbs.

Propulsion and Hull Design - A new approach to hull design and propulsion systems, resulted in significant energy savings. Ships equiped with Common Rail Diesel Engines∘ reduce energy consumption and NOX emissions at all engine loads.

Heating, Ventilation, and AC - Our ships are equipped with the latest and most efficient air-conditioning equipment commercially available. Coupled with improvements in system design and automation.

Operation Conservation Measures - Our environmental policies guide both our shipboard and shoreside employees in beneficial environmental∘ practices. Our crewmembers are an integral part of our energy-conservation efforts. Staff and guests are advised to turn off lights, water and appliances when not needed, adjust temperature thermostats to comfortable levels when no one is present and using towels and bed linens more than once before laundering.

Fresh Water Consumption - We ask our crewmembers and guests to help us conserve water whenever possible. To help reduce the energy needed to produce fresh water, we have installed water-reduction technology and appliances throughout our fleet to reduce the use of water-producing equipment that consumes fuel or electricity. These features include sink aerators, showerheads, reduced-flow dishwashers and low-consumption laundry equipment.

Advanced Wastewater Purification - We Installed Advanced Wastewater Purification (AWP) systems throughout the fleet. These technologically advanced systems clean the wastewater generated onboard our ships to create clean water that exceeds ship wastewater discharge standards throughout the world.

Renewable Energy Sources - Our ships are equipped with solar power technology. The panels and the clean power they produce can help reduce the consumption of energy derived from fossil fuels. 500m2 of solar panels produce enough electricity to power a ship's guest elevators or approximately 7,000 LED lights.

High-Efficiency Appliances - We have installed high-efficiency appliances throughout the ship in order to minimise their impact on climate change and reduce our energy load. Every type of appliance onboard our ships is being evaluated for efficiency, including TV's, coffeemakers, ice makers, ovens and dishwashers.

Energy-Efficient Windows - Across the fleet we have applied window films∘ that are specially glazed to prevent solar heat from penetrating, thereby reducing the amount of air conditioning needed to cool the ship, thereby saving energy.

Hull Coatings - We apply new silicone paints on the hull, which are innovative and environmentally safe coatings that increase the smoothness of our ships' hull. By creating a smoother hull, we can reduce the amount of energy needed∘ to travel through water.

Smoking and Restrictions on Purchase of Tobacco Products Onboard

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our ships are designated as non-smoking. This includes a prohibition on the use of a hookah or other types of water pies.

Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom or on any stateroom balcony. This applies to all stateroom categories onboard. If a guest is in violation of this “No Smoking” policy, a cleaning fee will be applied to their onboard account. Smoking is also not permitted in any dining venue, theater, bar, lounge, hallway, elevator or jogging track, or most indoor areas. Further, smoking is not allowed in certain outdoor areas, including restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools.

However, we recognize that some of our guests do smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard environment that also satisfies smokers, we have designated certain areas of the ship as smoking areas. To assist smoking guests to locate areas where smoking is permitted, we have posted signage onboard clearly identifying all smoking areas and ashtrays provided for smoking use. Guest may also inquire at Guest Services regarding the location of the designated smoking areas onboard.

In casinos on itineraries where smoking is allowed, there will be visible signage designating the area for both smoking and non-smoking guests.

Cigar and pipe tobacco is limited to designated outdoor areas and cigar bars (if the ship has one). Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

Cigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to purchase, possess or use tobacco onboard.

Consuming alcohol to excess impairs one’s judgment and reduces one’s ability to recognise and avoid potentially dangerous situations. Guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The ship’s staff may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages in their sole discretion to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly. Ship’s personnel may request verification of a guest’s age to verify they are of age to consume alcohol pursuant to this Policy. Adult guests are prohibited from providing alcohol to minors or young adults. All drinking games are strictly prohibited.

The minimum age for a guest to drink or possess alcoholic beverages on ships sailing from Asia, North America, the United Arab Emirates, or at any of our private destinations, is 21. The minimum age for a guest to drink or possess alcoholic beverages on ships sailing from South America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand is 18. In all other cases, the drinking age of the home port shall control our determination of a legal drinking age.

In certain circumstances where local laws permit or require it, Royal Caribbean Group may modify this policy which may also require a parent or guardian’s request or authorization. Guests may contact Guest Services or refer to the cruise information in their stateroom for minimum drinking age information specific to their cruise vacation. For purposes of complying with the minimum age to drink or possess alcoholic beverages, a guest’s age is established at the beginning of the cruise vacation. If a guest celebrates his or her birthday during the cruise vacation, and thereby becomes of age to consume alcohol, the guest may thereafter ask the Guest Services Manager to modify the ship’s records to permit their consumption of alcohol during the remainder of the vacation. The guest will be required to appear at Guest Services to present a valid government-issued form of identification to permit verification of their age.

Unless otherwise permitted by our security personnel or crew, guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages onboard; with the exception of embarkation day when each guest who is of drinking age will be permitted to bring onboard with them one (1) sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne. Boxed wine and other containers are prohibited. Security personnel may inspect containers (including water bottles, soda bottles, mouthwash, canteens, etc.) at any time and will dispose of alcohol concealed in such containers. Alcoholic beverages that are purchased from onboard shops or in ports of call must be presented to security upon re-boarding and will be secured by ship’s personnel. Alcohol secured by ship’s personnel will be returned to guests just prior to the conclusion of their cruise vacation. Guests who are under the permitted drinking age will not have alcohol returned to them.

Any guest who goes ashore and consumes alcohol (whether under the supervision of a parent/guardian or not) is responsible for ensuring they consume responsibly and retain the ability to recognise and avoid potentially dangerous situations when they return to the ship. Parents/guardians are reminded they are responsible for the actions of their minor and young adult children at all times while on a Royal Caribbean Group cruise vacation.

Our CROs have been trained and are aware of the applicable U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) disability regulations as well as our policies and procedures regarding guests with disabilities. They will be glad to respond to your concerns. Our CROs are available at all U.S. port of departure and all of our ships.

Celebrity Cruises welcomes service dogs on all ships. *Please note we do not accept Emotional Support Dogs or Pets.

A service dog is defined as "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability." Service dogs are not considered pets.

Evidence that a dog is a service dog is helpful but not required (such as identification cards, other written documentation, presence of harnesses and/or tags or the credible verbal assurance of the person with a disability using the dog).

We provide 4 feet by 4 feet relief areas with cypress mulch to accommodate service dogs. Relief areas are provided on a shared basis with other service dogs onboard. Please note that The Lawn Club on Solstice Series ships is not designated as a relief area.

Please notify our Access Department at time of booking but no later than 30 days prior to sailing if a service dog relief area is needed.

Service dogs are permitted to accompany the person with a disability in all public areas, including dining venues. While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools or spas.

Care and supervision of the service dog is the sole responsibility of the owner. The ships are not required to provide food or care for the dog.

Guests may bring a reasonable quantity of food and bowls for the dog onboard the ship at no additional charge. If refrigerated space is needed, notify our Access Department at time of booking but no later than 30 days prior to sailing.

If the guest chooses to disembark the ship at a port at which the service dog must remain onboard, the guest must make arrangements to ensure that the dog is cared for. Note that the ship's staff is not required to care for the dog, nor can the dog be left in the stateroom unattended.

Guests are responsible for obtaining all required documents for the animal to depart the ship in ports of call and at final destination. For document requirements, visit:

A copy of these permits must be carried on the ship, and a copy left with Guest Relations Desk upon boarding the ship.

The documentation and immunisation requirements are established by government authorities and not Celebrity Cruises. Please note requirements are subject to change without notice.

Guests are responsible for the behaviour or damage caused by their service dog. A cleaning fee may be charged to the guest's shipboard account.

If the service dog's behaviour creates a fundamental alteration or a direct threat to safety, the dog may be denied boarding or removed from the ship along with the owner at the guest's expense. Examples include: growling, barking excessively, initiating unsolicited contact, biting other guests and/or crewmembers, failure to use designated relief areas, sitting on furniture, eating from the table, etc.

If you have an animal that does not meet the definition of a service animal (i.e. a dog trained to perform a task) but must accompany you to assist you with your disability, please contact our Access Department at least 60 days prior to sailing.

Service Dog/Assistance Dogs to the United Kingdom (UK)

Assistance dogs entering the United Kingdom must meet the rules of the Pet Travel Scheme.

You are responsible for ensuring your assistance dog meets all these rules. Please make sure you have had the procedures carried out in the correct order and your dog's documentation is correctly completed.

We will do our best to assist you in ensuring your assistance dog is checked for compliance with the Pet Travel Scheme at boarding. Please note dogs that fail checks will not be allowed to sail.

If you experience a problem with your documentation upon entry into the United Kingdom, then any related costs for either the quarantine of or re-export of your pet will be entirely your responsibility.

In general, you will need a pet passport (for guests from UK and EU) or official third country veterinary certificate (for guests from the U.S. and other countries outside the UK and EU) showing the dog has been micro-chipped, vaccinated against rabies, and treated against tapeworm not less than 24 hours, and not more than 120 hours before arrival in the UK (not required if travelling from Ireland, Finland, Malta or Norway).

Pet Passport and Third Country Certificates must be signed, dated and stamped by an Official Veterinarian; this may be different than your local veterinarian. This usually takes extra time.

Tapeworm treatment should be arranged at the next to last port of call prior to entry to the UK just in case for any reason the scheduled treatment cannot be done, there is another opportunity to arrange a treatment at the next port of call.
