Embark on an educational journey through the vineyards of Bordeaux and join us at The Terrace Restaurant for an intimate dining experience hosted by Head Sommelier Sergio dos Santos and Phil Weeks from Lea & Sandeman Wine Merchants.
Bordeaux is one of the most important wine producing regions in the world with 57 appellations, over 7,000 wine-producing châteaux, and 13,000 wine growers.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll learn about the myriad styles made in the region and taste a flight of Clarets from the major communes of Bordeaux, including a range of vintages. Each wine will be expertly paired alongside a five -course dinner created by Head Chef Matthew Whitfield.
Arrival at 7.00pm.
We would like to advise that due to the social nature of the event, you will be seated with other guests on a large table.
