About this Event

Enjoy a visit to Furzey Gardens this autumn as the leaves on the trees turn to glorious shades of burgundy, red, yellow and orange. The collection of plants at Furzey includes trees that have been specifically selected to provide a splash of colour across the garden as the days start to shorten and the weather becomes colder.

Take in the beautiful displays from our collection of Acers as they present vivid burgundy’s, reds and oranges, or enjoy the yellow and orange of our Great White Cherry trees, or the buttery yellow of the Tulip Tree leaves. Also of particular interest is the Nyssa Sinensis and the LiquidAmbar, contributing to the vibrant display of colour that autumn brings.

In autumn you can also look forward to the colourful fruits produced by ornamental trees around the garden. The Burning Bush or Euonymus Alatus is native to northern China, Japan and Korea, and produces delightful coloured berries at this time of year
