About this Event

Come along to this advanced traditional bread making master class with Paul Merry from The Panary.

You’ll be making seasonal Greek Easter bread (plaits) called tsoureki, exploring some more fancy shapes in white dough and wholemeal spelt (made with an overnight sponge) for the day’s coarse bread.

All to take home and enjoy!

Soup for lunch & tea/coffee will also be provided throughout the day.

Your tutor, Paul Merry, has been an artisan baker for over 40 years and a teacher of bread making courses for over 20 years. Paul has an easy and fluid teaching style and you will get a real grasp of what you are making, along with anecdotes and bread history.

Questions are encouraged at any point in the day.

Starts: 4 Apr '20 10:00am
